Description:
The FACT-G is part of the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) measurement system. It provides a comprehensive measure of health-related quality of life in patients with cancer. The four domains assessed include physical well-being, social/family well-being, emotional well-being, and functional well-being. Scores help clinicians and researchers track disease burden, treatment effects, and overall patient-centered outcomes.
